How does it work?

Getting a LondonPop Box subscription is easy! Simply click the subscribe button, choose a plan on how you would like to pay (monthly, every 3 months or every 6 months), then check out! Your subscription auto-renews every month on the 1st and you will receive a brand new gift box just for you- every month!

When will I receive my box?

Our boxes are shipped on or around the 25th of each month. The cut off date is the 20th of the month. For example If you began your subscription between the 21st March and 20th April, your first box would be shipped between the 25th and 30th April. DELIVERY ESTIMATES are 1-2 days UK and on average 5- 14 workings days internationally.

Do you ship to my country?

Our boxes are currently shipped worldwide via Royal Mail TRACKED which means that we can keep a very low FLAT RATE for all international customers! Deliveries to UK customers are via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

How can I cancel my next renewal?

Your subscription...your way! 

 

Simply click the login button on our website, enter the account details that you used when signing up, click 'edit' and 'cancel subscription'. If you have accepted a welcome offer and committed to a 3, 6 or 12 month term, you will not be able to cancel renewals until the commitment term has been completed. Haven't received your box?

Please bear in mind the international delivery estimates of 5-14 working days at a minimum The vast majority of deliveries occur within this time frame. Occasionally we do have some boxes that get delayed in transit or by your country's international customs agency. This is outside of our control and we find that boxes are eventually delivered within 3 weeks.
